The Brief

To strip out all fixture and fittings including mechanical and electrical.

To create a kitchen and café area.

The Fit out

The original cafe was completely stripped out back to shell and core. Oakwhite installed a new wall to create a new kitchen area. The shop front had work completed as the glass was cracked. A new kitchen was installed along with fridges and a grease trap. The unit was decorated and soft furnishings installed. Electrics and plumbing have been replaced with new lighting to create the ambiance the client wanted.
