Not every fit out or refurbishment needs commercial property planning but if you are thinking about developing, extending or making significant changes you may need to seek permission before work can begin.

We have worked in the industry for many years so understand the planning process and know what permission you should apply for from the local planning authority. When you take on a building, we can tell you what you need to be aware of to ensure it passes planning restrictions. We can then submit the application accordingly.

Once the application has been made it can take up to 12 weeks for permission to be granted and can be subject to conditions. Conditions can include materials to be used, the hours during which the work can be undertaken. The local authority will give full details on why, if any, conditions were issued.
